**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing an exceptional customer service experience.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions about our safe deposit and bullion products.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer queries and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Play a vital role in social media marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer-facing experience and a demonstrated ability to handle customers with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic iOS usage.
- Proactive, fast-thinking, and solution-oriented mindset to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the UK.
- GCSE/NVQ or equivalent is preferred.

**Working Hours**: Full-time, in-store position, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays (1in2) 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

**Compensation**: Competitive salary £23,000 per annum.

We are a family-owned and operated business that prides itself on providing the highest level of customer service and sales solutions to our customers.

**We are looking for a full-time sales associate.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter our store
- Provide customers with product comparisons and show them the best fit for their needs
- Answer customer questions about specific products and services offered
- Process customer purchases and receive payments
- Keep track of all transactions between vendors and prepare appropriate receipts
- Keep inventory at all times and ensure that it is stocked appropriately with all products in stock
- Maintain cleanliness of the retail store, including the front desk, restocking products as necessary, sweeping, dusting, and sweeping ceiling fans
- Assist other employees in times of need or when there is an urgent need to do work for the store
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Store Manager's Assistant

Compensation Package**:Base Salary + Incentives**

Education**:Sales Experience Preferred**

Experience**:Previous retail sales experience preferred. Must have proven track record of excellent customer service. Must be able to work well under pressure within a team environment.**

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Cardiff, CF24 3DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
