People & Culture Lead (Recruitment)

CIPHER Medical are looking to hire a People & Culture Lead to work in our busy Stockton headquarters. As an independent provider of ambulance services, healthcare services and training, we recognise that our biggest asset is our people. Therefore, hiring the right people into our team is essential.
As a People & Culture Lead you will;
- Be responsible for the drafting, interviewing and selection of prospective employees across several departments.
- Develop job descriptions and employee specifications.
- Liaise with management to determine staffing needs, working in partnership to design a consistent recruitment strategy.
- Develop innovative and cost-effect advertising.
- Review, develop and implement policies and guidelines.
- Complete timely reports on employment activity.
- Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment and compliance admin team.
- Implementing team building and motivational ideas.
- Act as a point of contact for all recruitment and compliance issues and matters.
- Communicate effectively with our People.
- Process and resolve accurately requests from customers, service users and partner organisations.
- Input data accurately into our internal IT Systems.
- Monitor multiple inboxes and respond accordingly.
- Liaise with external PR company to manage and monitor our social media presence.
- Act as a point of contact for HR issues and matters, working alongside our existing external HR Consultant. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to; managing permanent staff annual leave allowance and requests and issuing of contracts.
Person specification;
- Experience in managing recruitment, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good eye for detail, able to maintain confidentiality whilst remaining impartial.
- Ability to plan and prioritise.
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
- The ability to motivate your team.
- Ability to remain positive under challenging circumstances, resilient to a changing landscape and high demand.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
