Chilworth Partnership is delighted to be supporting a fast growth SME, based in Farnborough, who are seeking to recruit a Head of Finance on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Finance will be responsible for:

- Statutory reporting, including statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and tax credits
- Strategic planning, budgets and 3-year rolling forecasts.
- Overseeing the month-end reporting, including payroll.
- Coordinate with the key business stakeholders and present their regular results to them in a manner that ensures they are meaningful and insightful.
- Support the CFO in ensuring the business receives the financial information and support it needs.
- Leading and developing the finance team.

Key Skills/Experience of the Head of Finance include:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
- Strong technical knowledge, including IFRS
- Experience in management and development of a team
- Group consolidations and reporting
- Experience of working in SME's
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Hybrid working is on offer, with 3 days a week in the office expected.
