Office Services Team Leader will be a ‘hands on' member of Office Services, providing administrative support to the Office Services Manager, line managing the team of Office Services Coordinators and delivering a high level of customer service by meeting the needs of the core business.

**What you'll do**:
In this varied role, duties will include:

- deputising for the Office Services Manager
- managing the Office Services team of Coordinators
- supply all reprographic requirements, printing banners, booklets etc.
- driving duties when required
- coordinate maintenance of Operations Centre pool vehicles
- access card production and a full understanding of the system at a high level
- meeting room prep and office moves
- providing cover on Operations Centre front desk as required
- monitoring and administering the employee and visitor car parks.

- database management/PC literate
- good customer care skills and ability to deliver a high-quality service
- willing to work flexibly, multi task, and act on initiative
- good written and spoken communication skills
- hard working and self-driven
- ability to work in a methodical and well organised way
- ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- ability to work well as part of a team and alone.
