We’re searching for a Head of Employer Engagement to join a company in the field of education who own and manage educational business, including professional bodies and membership organisations.

This role involves you creating employer relationships and promoting memberships for membership bodies in Data Science & Analytics, Design, Financial Markets and Artificial Intelligence. You’ll be well versed in working with employers to work with members,creating job opportunities and membership opportunities alike.

You’ll be experienced in a similar role, both nationally and internationally. There will be travel involved and if you have completed similar projects in Australian, Canadian or America markets, that’d be a huge advantage.

As you do this day in day out at the moment, you don’t need a recruiter to tell you exactly what is involved in the day to day for this position; you’ve got that ingrained in your brain already.

You are going to be treated like the professional you are - no micro-management, no being treated like a child - just support, encouragement, and the tools to do your job in the most effective way.

You will get a salary of up to £60,000 as well as many benefits of working for an exciting and rapidly growing company, and will need to be within a commutable distance to the head offices in High Wycombe.
