We are seeking x2 Employment Engagement Coordinators to assist our unemployed learners to identify suitable employment opportunities and work alongside employers. You will work on centrally funded government contracts that supports the most disadvantaged unemployed and employed residents in gaining the skills and qualifications they need to either return to work or advance in their careers. It is a varied and vital role, from day-to-day planning and coordinating employment vacancies and arranging employer visits, workshops and seminars. To collaborate with local stakeholders such as internal Quality colleagues to ensure we meet contractual quality obligations and working with referral agencies such as Job Centre Plus to support the recruitment of participants.

To join us, you will need to demonstrate experience in managing programmes that support disadvantaged unemployed and employed residents in returning to work or in gaining the skills required to remain in their jobs. Using strong project coordination skills such as time management, adaptability, multitasking and problem-solving, you must demonstrate your ability to coordinate programs and plan the resources needed to achieve contractual goals.
