You will be responsible for the effective management and compliant operation of Trust properties, including mechanical and electrical services, building components and grounds within the safety, governance, quality and cost parameters set by national standards, guidelines and Velindre University NHS Trust. You will be pivotal to the effective delivery of the Estates Capital Programme taking a leading role on the management of works supported by the Estates Team.

Velindre University NHS Trust (VUNHST) is going through an exciting period of change and development to support delivery of our vision and strategic objectives. This exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced dynamic individual to join VUNHST as an The Senior Estates Officer.

The post offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to work with an operational estates team and maintain important healthcare buildings to help the Trust achieve its vision of service provision improvement. The post offers development opportunities that align it's ambitious but achievable Estates Strategy.

You will be expected to work closely with a wide range of staff from different disciplines including contractors, managers and clinical staff to deliver a high level service that supports a high standard of patient care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
