Associate/Senior Associate – Real Estate – Cardiff The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading top 70 law firm’s Cardiff office. The team advises on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters, acting for major institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector clients. This role offers the chance to work as part of a national high-performing team, contributing to some of the most significant real estate transactions in the UK while benefiting from a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, and related documentation. Supporting corporate and finance colleagues on real estate aspects of wider transactions. Managing client relationships and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice. Assisting with business development initiatives and contributing to the team’s continued growth. About You Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in commercial real estate – 5+ PQE Strong technical ability and attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
