**Job Overview**: This role will involve coordinating reseller activities, monitoring performance, ensuring product availability, and supporting resellers in their efforts to promote and sell our products across various international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reseller Relationship Management**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with international resellers, ensuring they have the necessary tools, information, and support to succeed in selling F1E products.
- **Order Placing and Query Support**:
Use Salesforce to place requested orders for the network, ensuring to remove the agreed commission and to set appropriate payment terms. Utilize Salesforce to answer questions about inventory levels and product inclusions.
- **Marketing Support**:
Provide resellers with the marketing assets and ensure that they are keeping to the brand guidelines. These are all found in Bynder, which the resellers have access to. Create Digidecks on request, to assist with their promotion of F1E products.
- **Fulfilment Tracking**:
Each reseller has a spreadsheet, which is shared with the Operations team. This needs to be updated with new orders as they are placed, so the resellers can input customer details. Coordinate with the Operations team to understand the fulfilment deadlines and share these with the network in the Fulfilment WhatsApp group. Ensure that resellers are aware of Paddock Tour timings for their groups.
- **Pricing & Promotion Coordination**:
Push out pricing alterations, promotions, or surpluses of stock to the network via the sales WhatsApp group to try and drive sales.
- **Communication and Support**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for international resellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide ongoing technical, operational, and customer service support.
- **Contract Management**:
Support in the annual sending of the reseller agreement and ensure that all have signed promptly.
