JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Peterborough
THE ROLE:
The appointed Employment Solicitor will be ambitious and be looking for the next step in their career. Dealing with a varied caseload of employment matters, the successful Employment Solicitor with be representing employees and employers across the privateand public sector on all aspects of employment law. In addition, you will also be expected to deal with the full range of employment tribunal litigation.
THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Employment Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE in handling their own caseload of employment related matters. If you are looking for an opportunity where you can progress your career and join a leading regional law firm, then this is the rolefor you The firm are keen to hear from those with a sound technical knowledge in dealing with their own caseload of matters on behalf of employers and employees. You will also have a proven track record of advising on the full range of employment tribunallitigation and possess the ability to advise on redundancy, employment policies, contracts, grievances and disciplinary matters.
