This is a standout opportunity for a driven legal professional withpartnership aspirations, looking to shape the future of a dynamic and expanding team.About the RoleHeading up the Employment Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base across both theprivate and public sectors. You will manage a varied caseload, represent clients inemployment tribunal litigation and contribute to the strategic development of the department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network of professional contacts and a passion forbusiness development.Key Responsibilities· Advise and represent clients on all aspects ofemployment law, including contracts, disciplinary matters, redundancies and TUPE· Manage the full lifecycle ofemployment tribunal cases, from instruction to advocacy and resolution· Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning· Drive the growth of the department throughclient relationship managementandnetworking· Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and support cross-departmental collaborationSkills & Experience· Qualified Solicitor with a strong background inemployment law· Proven experience advising both employers and employees· Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly· Commercially aware, personable and confident in building long-term client relationships· Demonstrated ability to network and develop new business opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
