Conveyancing Direct are part of the Connells Group which is one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.

We are looking to recruit Trainee Contract Ready Case Handlers to join our team in our Hastings office.

This would suit a person with a background of working in a Remortgage/Conveyancing or a similar environment; however this is not essential as training will be provided.
**About the Role**

You will be responsible for assisting the Case Handlers by progressing abeyance matters to a contract ready stage.

You will need to undertake and review client ID to ensure ID meets guidelines. You will be responsible for carrying out reviews of OCE information and request redemption statements along with liaising with managing agents.

You will review documentation for accuracy and completeness, which will require communicating with clients in a professional manner where the attention to detail will be of paramount importance while displaying a friendly customer service attitude

Proactively progress cases by completing tasks through the case management system (OMS).

You will need to complete regular training to continue your personal development and ensure compliance. Attending regular team meetings to stay up to date on any changes whether this is industry changes or company.
**About You**

We are looking for an excellent communicator, good time management, organisational and problem-solving skills who is confident and able to work alone or as part of a team.

Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
