As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you'll be joining a well-established law firm at their office based in St Leonards. Responsibilities Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions Preparing contracts, transfer documents and key conveyancing paperwork Ordering property searches and preparing completion statements Handling SDLT submissions and ensuring compliance throughout Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders to maintain smooth communication Qualifications Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and documentation Strong organisational and administrative skills Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal Competence with Microsoft Office and case management systems Compensation In return, as Paralegal you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 pa.
