Implant Contract Administrator

We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to work with our Partner Speedy, based out of their office in Haydock. This is a ‘hands on’ role. You must be confident, organised, have excellent communication skills, possess a high degree of IT competence and be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
**DUTIES**:
- Dealing with customer quotes, contracts,
- Deal with invoice queries and negotiating hire terms
- Accurately record purchase orders and contracts
- Obtaining proof of deliveries/ collections and appending to contracts
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Ensure all operations are accurately entered into company software in line with company policies, systems and procedures.
- To ensure that all tasks are carried out to a high standard and completed in a timely manner with good communications across all business areas internally and externally
- To maximise the team opportunities to increase revenues by upselling our range of products and services to customers
**SKILLS**:
- Proven track record of a similar role
- Strong customer care ethic
- Be highly motivated, well organised and disciplined
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be able to identify opportunities
- Have a strong drive to succeed
- Knowledge of Hire Industry
- Be IT literate
