Wernick Hire - the UK’s leader in modular buildings and site accommodation - is looking for an Implant Hire Controller to join our team, based out of our clients’ offices, where you’ll manage orders for this key customer.

**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
- Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other documents accurately.
- Handle and track customer enquiries, keeping detailed records.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries to secure contracts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track key metrics.
- Keep all records up-to-date and organised.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with numbers.
- Previous experience in a Hire Controller or similar role in the hire industry.
