**Who We Are**

DWM works in partnership with Scottish Power, helping customers lower their utility costs while building strong customer relationships through face-to-face marketing. Our door-to-door (D2D) campaigns are designed to increase brand awareness and create long-lasting customer loyalty, making this an excellent environment for a Sales Associate to thrive.

**What We’re Looking For**

To be considered for the Sales Associate position, you should be:

- Seeking full-time work
- Available Monday to Friday
- Confident and engaging in communication

**The Role**

As a Sales Associate, you will:

- Promote and sell a range of Scottish Power utility products
- Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals
- Manage and update customer information
- Increase brand presence and visibility
- Access fast-track opportunities for career progression

**Competitive Pay Options**
- Performance-based structure with uncapped earnings with potential to reach £38,000 plus

**or**
- £12.21 hourly base rate plus commission with on-target earnings of £32,000
