Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties**:
- Organise and maintain paper and electronic files
- Computerise data and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Proficiently use Google Suite for various office tasks
- Assist with general office administrative and clerical duties
**Skills**:
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerised data management systems
- Polished phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Proficiency in typing to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
- Urdu or Punjabji speaking abilities
