We are currently seeking an experienced Site Service Team Leader to join us at Siemens Mobility - Rail Infrastructure. This role is will be based from our Chippenham site but you will be working on projects in and around the West country and Wales so travel and working away is required for the role.

**About your role**

As the site service team leader you will have the responsibility for managing and coordinating signalling installation teams on a project to deliver the works safely, on time and to budget.

**What are the role responsibilities?**
- Act as a Site Service Team Leader for installation teams.
- Operate and promote safe working on site and responsible for the reporting of Close Calls and accidents/incidents in a timely manner.
- Drive and complete signalling Installation & construction tasks to required quality standards.
- Ensure plant and tools are checked for calibration and in good working order.
- Completion of documentation in accordance with business management systems.
- Work as directed by the installation Supervisor.
- Organise and plan work to maximise utilisation of resources.
- Organise and control the work undertaken by staff and contractors allocated and to ensure that it is carried out safely.
- Ensure that the briefing of instructions to staff under their control or allocated to them for such purpose is carried out timely.
- Responsible for the timekeeping and discipline of staff/Agency workers under his/her control.
- Keep Certification update i.e. IRSE, PTS etc

**What qualifications/ skills will you need for the role?**
- IRSE 1.2.220v3 Signalling Installation Technician license.
- Mod 3c
- Mod 5
- SPWEE
- PTS with COSS/SWL1
- Emergency First Aid
- Manual Handling
- Must hold current driving license
