**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. We look to provide full training In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the field. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and conduct market research to understand customer needs.
- Present products and services to clients, demonstrating their value and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets would be benefcial but no experience can be worked with.
- Excellent time management skills to optimise daily schedules and client visits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- A driven attitude with a passion for achieving results in a competitive environment.
- Competence in IT systems relevant to sales processes, including CRM software.

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
