**The role?**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Instructor/Assessor to join our Training business based at our HQ in Aberdeen. This is a permanent position to join an existing team.

Reporting to the Course Delivery Lead, this role is responsible for delivering EnerMech's approved suite of courses including Pressure & Leak testing, ECITB SBT and MJI across EnerMech's training centres. Other main duties and responsibilities will include;
- To provide expert training and competence assessment solutions to our customers
- To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and the continual improvement of existing courses.
- To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs set within personal development plan
- To work with the delivery and administration team to achieve standardised delivery of all courses, ensuring the highest quality of training for our customers
- To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate

**You are?**

Ideally you are an ECITB Instructor/Assessor with both MJI and SBT

Certification for pressure / leak testing with L&D 9 or equivalent and recognised HSE certification (NEBOSH or IOSH etc), or a desire to work towards these.

Experience in hydraulic hose assemblies would be advantageous, but not essential.
