**Job Brief**: We are looking to add to our team. As part of our team you’ll play an integral role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. From food prep to maintaining cleanliness, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- **Food Preparation**: You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking food items.
- **Quality Cuisine**: Your ability to produce high-quality food is essential.
- **Hygiene Compliance**: Ensure kitchen and storage areas remain clean, adhering to sanitary and food safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen team on various tasks, including preparation work, dishwashing, labelling, and venue closing procedures.
- **Safety**: Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- **Experience Matters**: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a valuable asset.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking skills
- A hands-on professional with a natural ability to inspire our customers
- Flexibility in working hours required. A normally week would require you to work for Blue Star home matches, Functions within our Sir Bobby Robson lounge which including opening for televised NUFC or England matches. Typically, on average you would work 20 hours per week during the season.
- An outgoing and friendly individual with a genuine passion for hospitality (and football).
