**Location**: Brighton, East Sussex

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent
Office hours 9-17.30pm (flexibility with operational shift rota cover 7am-17.30pm)
**Salary**: £20,400- £24,500 per annum

As part of the implementations team, you will also work together to deliver ad-hoc projects and achieve strategic goals. The requirements for these vary, meaning there is always something new and different to get involved in

**Qualification and Experience Requirements**:

- 2+ Years’ experience in a similar role
- Beneficial: Background in screening

- Your understanding of screening, our processes and how you deliver solutions
- How you integrate data protection in your work

- High level of accuracy when completing system setup and change requests
It’s important to know that although prior experience of employment screening is beneficial it is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.

A basic criminal record check with DBS will be required for all successful applicants, having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us. This will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances of your offences.
