Are you a marketing automation ninja, and do you enjoy structuring and analysing data from across the marketing platforms into insights and reporting that enable decision making?
If this sounds like you, or you’re curious to learn more, then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Brand, Marketing and External Relations unit as our new Marketing Operations specialist and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.
**Your new role**
As our marketing operations specialist, you play an important role in our global marketing team responsible for driving company-wide strategic and digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will make a real impact as you collaborate closely with our campaign leads and content, web and CRM teams to optimise campaigns, data analysis and reporting.
Your tasks entail:
- Build and structure our analytics and reporting set-up and standardise our marketing reporting mechanisms across systems to enable data driven decision making
- Analyse and improve our tracking set-up across the Martech stack and platforms to drive insights - and ensure optimisation processes driven through to completion
- Team up with our campaign managers to support on execution of marketing campaigns using HubSpot and wider Martech stack, including designing and setting up lead scoring, complex workflows and behavioural triggers
- Continuously analyse campaign data and performance and build dashboards and reporting that tells a clear story and builds a map for campaign optimisation
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation and analytics systems as well as drive analysis and reporting
**About you**
As part of our new global marketing team, you will structure and enhance our analytics set-up. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to help further shape our marketing operations and how we work together across teams based in UK, Denmark and India.
Being detail oriented and proactive is important. You will be a good collaborator and positively engage with colleagues across a global organisation as well as external vendors.
- Strong experience in marketing automation and operations experience - ideally from an international B2B environment.
- Fluency in HubSpot or similar automation platforms, CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce), web analytics tools and UTM codes and tracking is a natural part of your vocabulary. Note: we use PiwikPro, great if you do too.
- A structured and analytical mindset, combining a deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics in a B2B context.
- Proven experience with analysis and visualization of data in dashboards in a way that effectively tells a story and informs decision making
- You understand systems requirements for an effective tracking set-up and can identify issues and solutions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing legal aspects, incl. GDPR
**What we can offer you**
- Commitment to your development
- Leaders guided by our Leadership Principles
- A culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are
- Inspiration from colleagues, clients, and projects
- The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company
