Pizzicheria Grappelli is recruiting an experienced butcher to join our team in our Clapham Junction shop.

Applicants must have at least 6 months of retail butchery experience, good level of technical skill and excellent customer service.

START RATES
- Experienced Butchers from £14.00 to £15.00

All employees also receive:

This means that if you work a 48-hour week your gross weekly earnings will be;
- up to £720 for an Experienced Butcher

You will work 42-48 hours over a 5-day week, with variable shifts Monday to Sunday.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cut various types of meat according to Head Butcher specifications and standards.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area and equipment.
- Collaborate with Deli staff to ensure timely food production and quality service.

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 - 48 per week
