The Butchery is looking for skilled butchers to join the team. Experience of butchering whole carcasses of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry essential.

We work butchering whole carcasses in Bermondsey and supply two of our own shops, plus our production space, as well as doing a modest amount of wholesale.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
