Role
- We are looking for three dynamic Project Management Office Leads to support the varied and exciting projects / programmes within TPR’s portfolio. The current portfolio includes an interesting selection of projects and programmes such as: legislative projects, a new people and culture programme as well as improvements to our existing IT estate.- This is an exciting time to be joining TPR as the central Portfolio Management Office continues to expand and evolve. - Accountable for the successful operation of the PMO function within the relevant project / programme, including:

- Pro-actively support the programme and project managers to develop and update project plans
- Lead all programme Governance and when required act as secretariat for key programme and project meetings
- Maintain key project assets as directed by the Programme / Project Manager
- Driving proactive RAIDD activity to ensure timely and effective mitigation action
- To ensure that there are clear and agreed resource plans for the project portfolio, highlighting any potential issues with mitigating actions
- Active tracking of Programme Finances in line with the delivery plan and resource changes**Responsibilities**:

- Essential and Desirable Criteria
- Essential- PMO experience of supporting change within a large or complex business including systems development
- Knowledge and experience of resourcing and budgets
- Knowledge and experience of project planning and reporting
- Knowledge and experience of maintaining RAIDD Logs
- Building relationships and influencing key members of project / programme teams including sponsor and Director level

Desirable- To extract and collate key project / programme information from relevant personnel e.g. project Managers, Business Analysts etc.
- Experience of managing external stakeholders, such as suppliers and holding them to account on contractual obligations (Stakeholder Relationship Management)
- Background or qualification in project / programme management e.g. PRINCE2, Agile etc. and PMO Management
