An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to work for a Market Leading business based in Trafford Park.
**Role Summary**:
Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this role will support the business with critical analysis of business KPIs, identify opportunities to improve KPI performance and support Business Leads with monitoring strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To extract, compile and interrogate data to narrate changes in KPI performance.
- Work with the Adoption Lead to continual monitor KPI performance across Franchisees across a range of KPI metrics
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track and monitor business performance
- Identify gaps and opportunities to drive improvements in business KPIs
- Proactively recommend to Business Leads areas to improve KPI performance and monitor change in KPI behaviour when initiatives and strategic processes are implemented
- Build relationships with Sales, Marketing and Operational teams to support the execution of their strategies
- Keep up to date with external market trends and overlay how this could and should impact business performance
- Other ad-hoc analysis as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Resilient to change and more importantly able to act as a change agent
- Ability to produce accurate and insightful analysis, in a time pressured environment
- Power BI experience capability is desirable but not essential.
- Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- You take ownership of tasks, maintaining focus when tight deadlines are required.
- Views innovation as a priority and can show creative thinking when solving problems, wanting to resolve these as quickly as possible.
- Takes a proactive interest in other business areas and bringing the right people together
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with informal ways of working
- Possess a great work ethic, positive mindset and limitless thinking
- You will be forward thinking, and customer focused
