**What will you do?**

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide effective support to customers, pre and post-sale. Take an active role in knowing our properties to be able to market them effectively. As the first pointy of contact for Applethwaite Homes, you will be liaising with customers, showing them around prospective properties and handling customer queries in an efficient manner.

**What we’re looking for?**

We are looking for a confident person who has exceptional customer service skills and is passionate about selling new build houses. It is essential that you have previous experience in new home sales and understand the conveyancing process. You will respond to leads and enquiries and deal with estate agents mortgage advisors and solicitors and be actively involved with all aspects of the sales process to achieve legal completion. In addition you will liaise with Sales Manager to understand sales targets, build process and progress ensuring customers are updated as appropriate. It goes without saying you will have excellent computer skills especially Word and Excel.

Weekend and bank holiday working may be required.
