Senior Revit Technician - Manchester | £30,000-£40,000
Senior Revit Technician hoping to join an exciting engineering design consultancy in the UK? Hoping to on a broad range of projects from high-rise buildings to bespoke, one-off residential projects?
The consultancy we are working with has offices across the globe, giving them the clout and power to work on some amazing projects - including the Shard, race circuits, specialist Porsche buildings and more This global presence allows them to compete withsome of the leading consultancies in the UK, despite being a small and condensed team of roughly 25 individuals working from the Manchester office.
You'll be given the chance to progress and develop, moving up the ranks as the UK team grows - they are already in the process of opening other offices across the UK, with the aim of expanding their national presence. Also, as mentioned above, you'll have thechance to work on a huge range of projects, using numerous materials including concrete, steel, and timber. As a result, you can expect each day to be exciting and different
Requirements for this Senior Revit Technician position include;
- Minimum of BTEC Level 3 (or Equivalent)
- Fully competent in using AutoCAD and Revit
- Very high level of technical competence and a great understanding of building structures.
- You'll be working towards or have already achieved TIStructE and/or EngTech status.
- You'll be a great team player and work well with clients, solving issues and coming up with creative solutions.
- Experience detailing steelwork, concrete, and masonry.
- The ability to develop relationships with clients and other professionals, with the intention of securing future business.
