**Main duties and responsibilities**

Welcome and engage with the customers
You will take orders of drinks, donuts, and filled bagels

Prepare specialty coffee/teas

Prepare bagels following the set recipes

Knowledge of each product, describing it to customers as well as its ingredients/allergens

Attention to cleanliness of counters, floors, walls, donut racks, service area, coffee station, and bathroom
Responsible for POS and cash drawer

**Basic requirements**

Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the UK
Prompt arrival and immediate preparedness for responsibilities
Maintain standards of personal appearance
Energetic, disciplined focus on responsibilities
Flexibility and maturity to work as a member of a team
Motivated, good attitude, willingness to work
Receptive to instruction and eagerness to improve
Calm, creative problem-solving and personal initiative when interacting with customers

**Summary**

As a Barista/All Rounder, you will be integral to delivering an exceptional experience while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will utilize your barista experience and serving skills to prepare and serve high-quality drinks, donuts, and bagels. Your knowledge of food safety will be essential in maintaining hygiene standards. Additionally, your relevant skills in food preparation, basic maths, and time management will support efficient operations.

Pay: £12.25 per hour
