**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, **latte art**and specialty drinks.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food safety practices. Must have latte art skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for coffee culture.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Barista experience: 2 years (required)
