**We will help you develop the necessary skills so that**:

- To assist with bank reconciliation and banking relating activities.
- To assist with the download all bank statements from Barclays.Net and upload into the LAC system three times daily.
- Update reconciliation spreadsheets of certain Scheme bank accounts on a daily basis.
- To ensure that certain bank accounts are reconciled and reported within the tight monthly reporting deadlines
- To assist with ensuring that all reports from LAC system reconcile to the bank accounts at month end.
- To assist with downloading all card transactions from SIPS to enable reconciliation.
To verify and submit BACS debit and credit files in AccessPay.
- SAP and Excel training will be provided

**This role is a permanent, full time role with Worldline. Though, flexible working will be considered. Level 3 & 4 apprenticeships will be considered for this role depending on skills and experience.
