We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our existing team due to expansion of our nursery. They should provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children
You will be motivated to give support to your colleagues as required to meet the changing dynamics and needs of the children within your room.
You will be expected to work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn. An ability to demonstrate strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met will be expected.
You will plan, organise and provide learning experiences which supports holistic development and learning in a safe and stimulating environment.
Effective communication and an excellent understanding of child development are essential.
Knowledge of other relevant documents such as Realising the Ambition, Pre birth to Three and current local and national guidance for early years will be required.
A flexible approach to working hours is essential.
**Salary**: £9.90-£10.00 per hour
