We are currently recruiting for Waking Nights Support Workers who really want to help make the lives of service users enjoyable. You will be supporting adults with Autism, learning disabilities, mental issues or those experiencing homelessness.

**As well as professional and friendly clients, Halcyon can also offer the following**:

- £10 per hour with an additional £1.20 holiday pay per hour
- Accessible work locations for non-drivers (drivers are desirable but not essential)

**As a waking nights support worker your role will include (but is not limited to)**:

- Assisting service users with general living tasks which can include personal care, assisting with eating and drinking, moving and handling and using hoist systems.
- Following the service user’s care plan and handing over post shift
- Engaging and being a friendly face to our service users

**What we are looking for in our support workers**:

- We are looking for support workers with a kind, caring and empathetic nature, you must be passionate about making a difference to the lives of those you are supporting.
- You must have had some experience as a support worker in a social care setting, and we will support your development with any additional training and experience required to progress your social care career.
- You must be self-motivated and reliable.
