**Job description**

Park Blue Homes is a residential provider for children and young people aged 7-17 years who display emotional, challenging behaviours and who have mild learning difficulties. We are looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join one of our teams at our homes in **Highworth, Swindon**

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be on hand to offer the young people support throughout the night if required, along with a staff member on sleep in duty.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ensure the safeguarding of the young people living in the home
- Maintaining a safe living and working environment
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and ensure that these are followed by team members
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with young people and to help increase their self-confidence and self-worth.

Under the terms of the Children’s Homes Regulations, due to the ages of the young people we look after, all applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

**Pre-employment Checks**

**Salary**: £120 per night

Four nights per week between the hours of 21:15 pm - 07:45 am.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £120.00 per day

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare / Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
