**Is this role right for me?**

This really is a great time to join Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions in this exciting new approach, you will be able to put your own stamp on it No two days will be the same in this extremely varied and fast-paced role, also the opportunities for you toprogress your career are endless.

You will be managing, influencing and providing technical support to prioritised Repair, Maintenance and Improvement, (RMI) projects. Engaging and consulting with key specifiers, specialist engineers/consultants, main contractors and their related supplychains to influence and agree a full system proposition in line with the company's commercial and specification strategies and objectives.

You will feedback market and customer insight to inform, support and challenge our internal and external stakeholders both technically and commercially.

**Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications required for the role**:

- Understanding of technical specification documents, construction drawings and details
- Understanding of the construction process (RIBA) - To especially understand construction project delivery methods and associated decision-making influencers
- Effective Presentation and articulation skills
- Networking and influencing skills
- Attention to detail
- Collaboration skills to maximise influence and impact
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Data accuracy and recording
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge and understanding of fire, acoustics and structures test reports and their relevance to providing suitable SGIS technical solutions
- Degree Level education preferred but not essential where relevant experience can be demonstrated
- Knowledge of the regulatory drivers
- Solutions mind set, not problem solving
- CRM Capability & Agility
- Ability to give and receive effective feedback to support the growth of the business
- Relevant Industry Experience
