**JUICI JERK FRONT OF HOUSE ROLE**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Taking face to face orders and preparing our small but flavoursome menu in front of the customer
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
- Making sure food stock levels are consistent throughout the day
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations

- Works well when under pressure and able to bring the team through a busy service
- The ability to listen and learn - fast

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with
excellent communication skills
- Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through
engagement with colleagues
- Passion for cooking, a passion for Caribbean cuisine is desirable
- At least 2 years experience in a professional Kitchen / customer service role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high
standard of food quality and presentation
- Lead by example and have a hands-on management style
- Have good understating of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene regulations
- Great people attitude, at the end of the day it’s the customers who keep the
business running

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.50 per hour
