Our client is a leading organisation within the logistics, transport and supply chain services sector and has a strong presence in both the UK and overseas. They continue to build on the range of education and training services that they provide and offerthe highest standard of accredited programs to individuals and businesses on a worldwide basis.

As they continue to grow and develop in this area, there is now a need to recruit a new Education and Training Services Manager to oversee the overall strategic and operational activities required to support the international division in promoting and deliveringfirst class, competitive and innovative products.

The role will be responsible for working closely with education and training partners to identify, design, develop and promote new products on a worldwide basis whilst also conducting market research and analysis to ensure that the business remains at theforefront of logistics, transport and supply chain education and training. In addition, to ensure that the business maintains competitive advantage and to support worldwide partners in expanding their service offerings.

Working with approved training providers, the Education and Training Services Manager will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality and service standards against defined accreditation guidelines.

You should also have some knowledge and experience of working on an international basis, ideally to encompass the Middle East, Africa and Asia and be used to dealing with different cultures across different time zones.

You should be educated to a high standard, ideally with a degree in an appropriate discipline and you should have excellent interpersonal and relationship skills and the ability to work with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
