**Job Title**: Graduate Weapon Systems Human Resources

**Location**: Sheffield (Yorkshire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4 days per week.

**Salary**:£34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the business to ensure all people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently
- Be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business in a business partnering role.
- Work with the team on various activities such as resourcing and recruitment, performance management
- Be involved in reward and recognition and employee relations.
