Job Description Housekeeper - 35 hours per week Various Shifts available between the hours of 7am and 10pm (worked on a rota basis) Some weekend shifts will be required (on a rota basis) Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England and provides care for a number of specialities. Oaks Hospital is a 39 bed facility the ward provides care to patients undergoing elective surgery as well as medical patients. We also have 18 ambulatory bays, 4 laminar flow Theatres and an Endoscopy Theatre, a physiotherapy department, modern diagnostic equipment including a static MRI scanner, CT scanner, oncology unit and a busy outpatient department. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant to join the hotel services team at Oaks Hospital, providing housekeeping services to all departments within the hospital. The role involves day-to-day housekeeping, valeting patients bedrooms, cleaning of both clinical and non-clinical areas, cleaning of operating theatres, laundering linen and the use of machinery.
