**JOB TITLE**: Temporary Print Administrator **(with the possibility of it going permanent)**

**Dates**:to start ASAP - 2 month's

**LOCATION**: GL2 8DN

**SALARY**: £11.00ph

**HOURS**:Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support other administration teams within the business when necessary.
- General office duties including answering incoming telephone calls and handling enquiries accordingly.
- Creating purchase orders and liaising with our nominated suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that they have received the purchase orders, have the stock/labour available and can meet the delivery times and date.
- Checking of invoices against the issued purchase order and resolving any queries with the supplier to completion.
- Liaise with the accounts department to resolve invoice queries

**Key Skills Required**:

- Must be motivated, organized, practical and methodical.
- An understanding of timescales, time keeping and attention to detail.
- Represent the business with a professional and positive attitude.
- Although office based, a full UK driving licence would advantageous.
