We are currently recruiting a Construction Cleaning Team Leader to join our Clients' team to assist with vacancies in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Our Client specialises in Industrial and Construction Cleaning throughout Scotland.

To be successful in this position - you must hold a valid **CSCS labourer card** due to the nature of the sites you will be working on.

These positions are permanent with Full-time hours to suit the successful applicants.

Your duties will include:

- Supervise a small team of construction cleaners
- Provide general cleaning services such as builders clean, sparkle cleans and detail cleaning - internal and external windows
- Work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team to deliver an agreed scope of works
- Quality checks to each clean and sign off work with the client
- Always adhere to company Health & Safety standards and procedures
- Monitor and order stock weekly
- Provide weekly check to company vehicle
- Complete daily report on scheduled works
- High attention to detail
- Supervisory experience in a similar position
- Hold a valid CSCS card **(valid requirement)**:

- Driving licence is essential due to the works covering Edinburgh and surrounding areas
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar field

**Salary: £13.50 per hour plus £1.50 per hour bonus on completion of each day to the expected standard.**

Your working days will be Monday to Friday...

Uniform, PPE and a company van is provided upon starting.
