**Responsibilities**:
- Create plans by which to implement HR policies.
- Maintain employee records.
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programmes.
- Arrange for educational workshops for employees.
- Help employees with training plans.
- Help employees with performance reviews and to get the necessary training.
- Interpret company policies and procedures for employees.
- Advise management on human resource needs.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
