Hours: Various working patterns available, between 5 days a week (including weekends and bank holidays), working 37.5 hours each week.

**Overview of the Role**:

You’ll be working within the outlets in a customer facing role ensuring every opportunity is undertaken to give our customers the best possible experience. Customer care is at the forefront of what we do.

As a highly motivated individual, you must have a great rapport with customers, outstanding attention to detail, and be able to coach, direct and delegate to staff. You will lead by example to inspire the team to continuously raise standards.
