**About the Role**
You will be:
- Complete any onboarding tasks and duties appropriate to the process including references, DBS checks, booking training, and Right to Work in the UK documentation
- Build and maintain excellent working relations with all stakeholders
**About you**
You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or line manager.
As a** Recruitment Officer**, we are looking for people who;
- Have extensive experience in a customer focused, **fast paced recruitment role **and have the Ability to **build **and **maintain relationships**:
- Understand people and establish individual needs
- **Excellent communication skills**:
- **Highly organised,** with a flexible approach.
