We now have an excellent career opportunity for an experienced **Head of Recruitment**, responsible for leading the recruitment strategy across the entire Agincare Group, leading a centralised recruitment department.
The role will be offered with a salary of **up to £67k plus** **benefits** depending on experience.
**About the Role**
You will lead and manage a** **dynamic, effective and forward-thinking in-house recruitment team to attract high-volume recruitment within the Health & Social Care Sector. The team covers all ‘salaried’ and ‘hourly’ permanent recruitment across all services and support functions, working closely with directors across the organisation.
You will use your experience and knowledge to work with operations stakeholders, and propose ways of improving the Agincare recruitment proposition, sharing market intelligence and knowledge, working closely with the marketing team to build and communicate our employer value proposition in particular via social media platforms.

**Here are the main duties and responsibilities you will have as Head of Recruitment at Agincare**:
- Effectively lead, manage and develop teams in line with the Mission, Vision and Values of the Agincare range of services (domiciliary care, live-in care, care homes, extra care, supported living, day care and training services)
- Attract both high-volume and targeted talent into the organisation
- Proactively head-hunting senior management and specialist roles for the services
- Proactively developing both external and networking partnerships to support the effective attraction, recruitment and retention of our employees
- Manage and report on recruitment data, using appropriate systems
**What you need to be successful in this role**:
- Experienced in recruitment within a large multi-site organisation, or through at least 3 years as a Recruitment Manager
- Experienced in working in a senior management capacity
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to identify and respond to opportunities and trends
- Organised and able to multi-task/prioritise
- Experienced in being accountable for a department budget
- Good understanding of Health & Social Care (though this is not essential)
