We are currently recruiting for a full time customer service advisor to join our busy team at Savantini. Our brands pride them selves on our ability to provide support/guidance and service to our customers and with many of our customers coming back and ordering with us again looking after every single customer is of upmost importance.

Main duties will include support calls so the ability to be able to speak confidently about products and help make customers make informed decisions on products is an excellent attribute to have.

You will also be taking ownership of our returns process and determining if refunds or replacements are sent and communicating with our customers in a timely manner.

Diligent and organised, you will be managing around 10 different tasks throughout the day including managing reviews, live chat and working through a ticket system so working efficiently and productively is what will make you a success. This is a busy and varied role joining an existing team who love what they do
