**Job Overview**
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in care homes and through home care services. Your primary focus will be to support residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
- Help maintain accurate care plans and documentation for each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in care practices.
- Utilise IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Foster a supportive and friendly environment that promotes dignity and respect for all residents.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with residents and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills are necessary to manage documentation and care plans efficiently.
- A compassionate attitude towards caring for others is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
