**Salary**: £70,000 per annum

**Purpose of the Role**: Reporting to the CFO, lead the finance team with passion and precision, achieving the highest standards of fiscal management. Drive efficiencies, implement robust controls, and communicate expectations across all levels of leadership, ensuring we fulfil lives with every action.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**People and Quality**:

- Exceed Quality Standards: Lead your team to surpass expectations within the commissioned envelope and contractual value.
- ️ Policy Perfection: Regularly review departmental policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in DPDs and maintain timely reporting, fostering a culture of excellence.
- People Development: Take charge of people management and development within the Finance function, promoting a positive learning culture.

**Data and Performance**:

- KPI Mastery: Produce KPIs that measure the key elements of the Finance Team’s output.
- Collaborative Finance: Work with the Head of Business Development to create comprehensive financial accounts for bids.
- ️ Compliance Champion: Ensure GDPR and confidentiality are upheld in all systems and documentation.

**Managing Finances and Growth**:

- Budget Brilliance: Develop and implement budgetary frameworks, collaborating with budget holders to finalize financial plans.
- Monthly Reporting: Produce detailed monthly reports, highlighting variances and providing insights.
- Financial Control: Manage all financial processes, ensuring effective controls and compliance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Lead financial systems, set budgets, and collaborate with Heads of Departments to maximize resources.
