An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join an evolving team as a Triage Practitioner. Working as a Triage Practitioner within the East Riding Emotional Wellbeing Service you will be gathering and giving information to the local population.

The Service supports people aged 16 and upwards in the community providing a range of recovery focused IAPT interventions for people with mild, moderate and moderately severe common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. The service provides a stepped care treatment approach.
**This triage process involves**:
- Taking live calls from the public to the service,
- Reading online referrals
- Booking assessments
- Liaising with other professionals and the team.
